MENAHGA, Minn. — A Menahga man has died after crashing a snowmobile into a car around 7 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Jesse Jones, 46, was driving in the ditch of Highway 71 when he tried to leave and get onto the shoulder of the highway. Jones ended up going into the northbound lane and was hit by a car. Jones was wearing a helmet. He died on scene.
HENNING, Minn. -- The man found dead in Henning, Minn., on Friday, June 8, has been identified. According to family spokeswoman and aunt of the victim, Rebecca Johnson, the body is of 19-year-old Jordan Bolgrean of Barnesville, Minn. In the release sent out by the family, they say that Bolgrean was an Army graduate who struggled with drug addiction. Authorities haven't confirmed the cause of death.
ANOKA COUNTY, MINN. -- The Anoka County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help after an elderly man was brutally attacked in a road rage incident about 8 p.m. Friday, March 2. According to a post made to the Anoka County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, an elderly man was driving in Ham Lake near Broadway and Lexington Ave when he had to suddently brake to avoid a traffic situation in front of him.
