A story in the May 14 PineandLakes Echo Journal about the Pine River-Backus School District's graduation ceremony plans misspelled Randee Dwire's first name. Dwire is a photographer who contributed to the senior photo boards lining the road near the high school. Dwire is the owner of Made for You Photography, one of several area businesses that take senior and event photos.

Correction/Clarification

The Feb. 20 edition of the PineandLakes Echo Journal had a story titled "Local club finds joy in snow," which said Crow Wing County had ceased grooming Larson and Wolf Lake ski trails in January; however, due to abundant feedback, the county resumed grooming the trails for the remainder of the season. The future of the grooming program will be discussed in greater length in the spring.

Correction

Because of incorrect information received, a story in the July 11 Echo Journal with the headline "Youth showcase year of learning at Cass County Fair" included a quote that was incorrectly attributed to Dorothy Freeman, retired Extension Center for Youth Development associate dean and state 4-H director. The person in that position is Jennifer Skuza.
