Patriot youth football camps have been scheduled for Monday through Wednesday, Aug. 10-12, on the Pequot Lakes High School practice field.
Camp for grades K-4 will run from 9-11 a.m., while grades 5-8 will go from 1-3:30 p.m.
The Patriot youth football camp, directed by varsity coach Bill Magnuson, is designed to teach the fundamentals of football and have fun. Varsity coaches and players from the Pequot Lakes High School program will lead students through the basic techniques and fundamentals.
Each day, participants will go through a stretching period, instruction time and team-related activities. Participants should wear shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes. Cleats are encouraged, but not required.
The cost to participate is $40 for grades K-4 athletes, $45 for district middle-school athletes and $55 for non-district athletes.
