Wild Acres offers youth trap shoot club

Wild Acres Youth Trap Club in Pequot Lakes invites kids ages 12-18 to join a summer league where participants will shoot at 5 p.m. Sundays (except July 5) at Wild Acres.

Wild Acres Youth Trap Club in Pequot Lakes invites kids ages 12-18 to join a summer league where participants will shoot at 5 p.m. Sundays (except July 5) at Wild Acres.

The program will run from June 7-Aug. 16, with a yearend fun shoot and potluck on Sunday, Aug. 23.

Cost is $50 plus tax per shooter, which provides each shooter with one round of trap (25 targets) for each of 10 weeks. Parental supervision is required.

Participants need ear and eye protection, vest/shell holder, gun and ammunition of choice (12 or 20 gauge).
