Before schools closed for the rest of the month and spring sports were met with uncertainty, nearly two dozen members of the Pequot Lakes track and field team stopped into the Patriot Athletic Center to prepare for the upcoming season.

Throwers tossed a medicine ball, hurdlers worked to perfect their form and runners hit the weight room and conduct exercises to improve running form as athletes prepared for a season that is currently up in the air.

At the time of publication the Minnesota State High School League has prohibited scrimmages, contests and competitions with for spring activities at least until April 6.
