The Pine River-Backus girls finished in third and the boys took the fifth spot at a Park Region Conference meet in Wadena on Thursday, May 13.
Individual winners were Alaura Dahl in the high jump, Jacob Schnoor in the 1600-meter run, Nathan Nations in the 3200-meter run, Kyosuke Marcum in the high jump and Joseph Nedoroscik in the triple jump.
The boys 4x800 relay team also finished first at the meet.
