The Pequot Lakes Patriots tennis picked up five straight victories last week in meets on Tuesday, Aug. 29, and Thursday, Aug. 31.
"We had a big week," head coach Monica Sergent said. "We beat two state ranked teams, so that was fun."
Pequot Lakes picked up a 4-3 victory over Roseau and a 6-1 win over East Grand Forks Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Perham triangular.
Courtney Boller improved to 11-2 as she finished 2-0 at No. 3 singles. Morgan Mudgett and Morgan Lueck also finished 2-0 in singles play.
Afton Crocker and Payton Schlosser each finished 2-0 in doubles play.

On Tuesday, Aug. 29, the Patriots won three straight, beating Park Rapids, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle and Crookston.
The Patriots topped Long Prairie-Grey Eagle and Park Rapids by matching 6-1 scores and topped Crookston 5-2.
Elli Saxerud and Maddy Sherman improved to 10-1 on the season as the No. 2 doubles team helped Pequot win three matches in Tuesday's Park Rapids Quadrangular.
Boller also finished 3-0 at No. 3 singles.
The Patriots improved to 7-6 on the year.
