The Pure Energy Fastpitch 16u softball team won the Centennial Lakes Classic tournament on Saturday and Sunday, June 12-13, in Lino Lakes with a record of 4-1. On Saturday, they beat Centennial Schnapf 13-1, Waconia 14-2 and Moundsview 5-4. On Sunday2 they lost to Apple Valley Fusion 5-4 and beat Centennial Lakes 9-2 for their first berth to NAFA Nationals, which will take place July 24-25 in Cottage Grove.
