The snow has melted off the Pequot Lakes baseball field, but the team will not take the field for at least another five weeks, if at all this spring. The Minnesota State High School League has suspended all spring activities until Gov. Tim Walz lifts his school closure which, at the earliest, will be Monday, May 4. Hoping onto the last bit of hope, the league has not made any decisions regarding the cancellation of any spring activities. Dan Determan / Echo Journal
