Brandon Curay had the hat trick while teammate Ross Chapa added four assists to lead the Storm. Losing netminder Mitch Stangel stopped 35 shots.

The Lightning, 1-3 in the conference and 5-12 overall, are scheduled to play at Greenway on Thursday, Jan. 22.
