The Pequot Lakes Revolution dance team placed fourth in jazz at a conference meet Friday, Jan. 16, at Crosby-Ironton High School.

Aitkin took first place, followed by Crosby-Ironton and Detroit Lakes.

"Jazz conference was a rough performance," said Revolution coach Abbie Schramm. "We didn't perform as a team, leaving the dances with off timing and skill technique was poor. We will use it as a learning experience and move forward."

The junior varsity squad finished fifth.

The teams will compete at conference finals in both high kick and jazz on Friday, Jan. 23, at Pierz-Healy High School.
