Girls Basketball: Five Patriots make all-area team

Six area girls basketball players – five from Pequot Lakes and one from Pine River-Backus – have been named to the Brainerd Dispatch All-Area Teams.

Four of Pequot Lakes starters and PR-B’s Ramsey Tulenchik earned all-area first team honors, while Pequot Lakes’ Ella Kratochvil was named to the second team.

Players are selected by their coaches and then voted on by the Brainerd Dispatch sports department.
