UPSALA — Caleb Toftness went 2-for-2 with an RBI as Pequot Lakes lost 13-3 to Upsala-Swanville Monday, May 2.

Nic Kotaska and Grant Loge each recorded two hits for the Patriots in the loss.

Aitkin take 2 from Pequot

PEQUOT LAKES — Toftness had five RBIs across two games, but the Patriots were swept 16-3 and 13-12 in a Mid-State Conference doubleheader against Aitkin on Wednesday, April 27.

Toftness was 1-2 with two RBIs in Game One. Clay Erickson, Loge and Conner Quale produced Pequot’s other hits.


In Game Two, Andrew Villareal went 3-4 with two runs and three RBIs. Toftness drove in three runs and Loge went 2-4 with two RBIs and a run scored.
