Pequot Lakes sophomore Morgan Krieger shot a team-best 82 to help the Patriots finish fourth as a team at the The Classic Invitational at Maddens on Wednesday, May 26
Krieger started on the 10th hole and birdied holes 15, 16 and 3 to find herself at 2-over through 12 holes, helping her finish fifth as an individual.
Maddie Pederson fired an 89 followed by Genevieve Birkeland’s 91 and Ellie Ouradnik’s 100.

Krieger leads Patriots to 2nd
Krieger shot matching nines of 43 to post an 86 and win the St. Cloud Cathedral Invite Tuesday, May 25, at Wapicada Golf Club.
Krieger’s individual victory propelled the Pequot Lakes Patriots to a second-place finish -- just one stroke behind Albany.
Genevieve Birkeland fired a 96 followed by Charlee Sullivan’s 98 and Annie Neva’s 100.
