The Alexandria Blizzard skated past the visiting Minnesota Loons of Breezy Point 9-2 in North American Tier III junior hockey Saturday, Jan. 8.
Blake Keller and Adam Brown both had a goal and an assist for the Loons, who dropped to 5-26 overall in the West Division standings. The Blizzard improved to 15-12-1.
The Loons are scheduled to host the Willmar WarHawks Friday, Jan. 14, at the Breezy Point Sports Center and then play at Willmar Saturday, Jan. 15.
