Pequot Lakes Community Education offers the following golf classes at Wildwedge Golf Course in Pequot Lakes.

Pre-registration is required by contacting Pequot Lakes Community Education at 218-568-9200.

• Beginning Golf for Kids for ages 5 and older: 5-6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 12, 14, 19 and 21.

Liz Larson, Wildwedge golf pro, will hold this class for kids in kindergarten and older. It will cover chipping, putting, full swing, rules and etiquette.

Clubs will be provided if needed. During the last class, the kids will learn to play a couple holes on the course.

Fee: $45. A minimum of four must register.

• Golf for Women: 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 12, 14, 19 and 21.

Liz Larson, Wildwedge golf pro, makes this class comfortable for women who have never held a club to women who have experience. Putting, chipping, full swing, rules and etiquette will be covered. Clubs will be provided if needed.
