Firearms safety training offered in Breezy Point

A Firearms Safety Class will run from 4-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, Sept. 22-26, in the Breezy Point police station classroom, with range day Saturday, Oct. 3.

A Firearms Safety Class will run from 4-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, Sept. 22-26, in the Breezy Point police station classroom, with range day Saturday, Oct. 3.

People ages 12 and older will need a firearms safety certificate to hunt in Minnesota. Class limit is 20.

Instructors are Nikki Shoutz, Steven Weagel and Bruce Edberg.

Cost is $15. To register, call Nikki Shoutz at 218-821-3456.
