A variety of events were taken in and enjoyed at the Cass County Fairgrounds during the Open Horse Show on Thursday, June 27.
Riders took part barrel races, keyhole races, speed dashes and more during a show that saw competitions for children, teenagers and adults.
The show was one of the early events in a Cass County Fair rebounding after being cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Event organizers said there was a surprisingly high number of fairgoers at the event, including on opening day.
