The Pequot Lakes/Pine River-Backus Revolution dance team took part in the Melrose Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 18, where the varsity jazz team finished fourth overall.
The Revolution kick team finished ninth.
“We will be making some changes to our routines over Christmas break and continue perfecting them throughout January on our way to sections,” coach Kate Schmaltz said in an email.
The team’s JV kick squad finished second at the meet, while the jazz team finished third.
The Revolution will next travel to Edina on Saturday, Jan. 8.
