Crosswoods Golf Course to host grand opening for 27-hole layout

Crosswoods Golf Course in Crosslake will celebrate a grand opening of its new 27-hole layout the weekend of April 29-May 1.

Golfers are invited to experience the new layout for $25 for unlimited golf with a cart.

"We couldn't be more pleased with how the new nine turned out. It really adds a new dimension to our overall operation," said Mike Stone, architect and owner of Crosswoods.

Named Sunrise, High Noon and Sunset, each of the three nine-hole tracks has a distinct personality and features fun and challenging holes.

Free pizza will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and Sunday, and free pancakes from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
