Tyler Seeling recorded two goals for the Northern Lakes Lightning in their 5-2 Mid-State Conference win over the Park Rapids Panthers Friday, Dec. 17.

Taylor Berg pitched in four assists in the win while Malakai McLaughlin, Logan Verville and Kolbe Serverson all recorded goals for Northern Lakes.

Quady Bernu recorded an assist while Ethan Kunz finished with 21 saves for the Lightning.
