Caleb Curtiss finished 2-for-4 with four RBI to lead the Aitkin Gobblers to a 13-3 win over the Pequot Lakes Patriots in non-conference baseball action on Monday, May 23.

"Aitkin is a good hitting team, and they come up with big hits to score multiple runs," said Pequot Lakes coach Jon Kotaska. "They also took away some of our big scoring chances with big plays in the outfield or it could have been closer since we left about 12 runners on base. We've had trouble all year coming up with the big hit."
