The Pequot Lakes 16U Red Junior Olympic (JO) volleyball team, coached by Christine Ganley, placed first in the Gold Division in the inaugural Pequot Lakes JO Tourney on Sunday, March 1. Also, the team earned second place in the Gold Division at the competitive Moorhead March Madness Tournament on Sunday, March 15, at Moorhead High School. The team went three sets with a tough Bismarck, N.D., team in the final match.
