When completed, Fairview will have 7.8 miles of the 21-mile trail running through its township, Jenny Gunsbury, the Fairview Trail Advisory Committee chairwoman, said.
The Nisswa City Council previously passed an ordinance in April granting permission for golf cart drivers to use city streets, provided they apply and pay for a three-year permit for their vehicles.
