During the time that I had the privilege to serve as District 2 commissioner, I worked with Jon in his capacity as mayor of Jenkins. I witnessed Jon as being dedicated and committed to the well-being of Jenkins and its residents. Jon’s primary focus on both state and county road projects was for the best outcome for the city of Jenkins.
Jon’s ability to work with and collaborate with cities and townships is evident. The expansion of broadband in Jenkins, Jenkins Township and Ideal Township was extremely beneficial for all. His leadership in regional and state organizations has greatly benefited the residents.
