We are part of The Trust Project.

Dave Nevin is my choice for Crosslake mayor.

His accomplishments include a state-of-the-art city hall and fire department, reducing the original proposed cost by millions. The community center has flourished with new tennis and pickleball courts, gardens, ice rink, ski trails, dog park and new playground.

Instead of rebuilding roads per a schedule, we’ve seen overlays, just as effective, saving thousands of taxpayer dollars.

He’s the true definition of an elected official who listens to his constituents and works for everyone, not the deepest pockets or the loudest voices.

Dave is not your ceremonial mayor, nor your rubber stamp mayor. He asks tough questions, addresses elephants in the room and fights for lower taxes and freedoms with limited regulation.

I’ve yet to get a clear answer on where the other candidates stand, but Dave’s record of being conscientious and fiscally responsible are things I can get behind.
