Gov. Walz is taking a public safety tour. That is the height of hypocrisy.
For more than a year we have all heard and read about the extremely high crime rate in the Twin Cities.
Other than being late in calling in the National Guard for the riots after the death of George Floyd, he has taken no action and has been absolutely silent.
Now that he is up for re-election he wants us to believe he is on the side of law and order.
His complete lack of an earlier response for this crime wave truly shows how he has failed the citizens and law enforcement in our state. He has certainly not earned my vote or respect since he only responds when it benefits him.
