Letters to the Editor: Misguided president

The president ignores the Christian component in politicizing Oregon shootings by blaming lack of gun control. This is a tirade against the Second Amendment.

The president ignores the Christian component in politicizing Oregon shootings by blaming lack of gun control. This is a tirade against the Second Amendment.

Let us be reminded that the majority of mass killings in the United States have been perpetrated by Islamists or Nazi sympathizers who were allies in World War II and have very similar beliefs against Christians and Jews. The shooter was a mixed race who identified with the Nazis. Reportedly this mentally ill man specifically asked his victims if they were Christians before gunning them down.

The president should examine how gun laws don't work and how his own rhetoric against Christians has possibly encouraged such hate. This seems to be a continuing thing with this president, as he seems to take a similar stance on many things, thereby downgrading our country and the Christian religion.

Maybe to stop the growth of Islam would be more accepted. The Muslims would see all Christians and Jews killed to further the conquest of Islam; 500,000 plus Christians have been massacred by Muslims in the wake of the Arab Spring supported by the president. Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24:9, "Ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake." Sadly, even by our own president.

In cities and states with the strictest gun laws, gun crimes are the highest. Gun control allows the criminals (crazies) to have guns and the law-abiding citizens to be the victims of not only bad laws but the liberal belief that criminals and crazies won't get guns because of laws and good intentions.

When will we wake up and get rid of this misguided administration and cherish the Constitution? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
