Bryan Blaine Johnson, aged 61, born May, 18, 1960, passed away from heart failure on December 11, 2021. In Bryan’s brief sojourn here on earth, he attended several maritime training schools and sailed on many seas, always praising his God, his family, and his friends. Bryan was preceded in death by his father Bryce Burke Johnson and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother Bernice Koehler Johnson, his brother Brent Burke Johnson, nieces Jessica Warner and Jacqueline Johnson and great nephew Jackson Warner. We will celebrate Bryan’s life at his home in the summer of 2022. Bernard Dahlvang of rural Sebeka passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the Veterans Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Bernard was 67 years old.
Kent Weber age 75 of Crosby MN. left to see his Lord on January 6th, 2022. He spent his final days in hospice care at Fair Oaks Lodge in Wadena comforted by family and friends. Kent attended church at The Crosby Assembly of God. Kent is survived by son Kent Weber Junior, daughters Melanie Weber and Saunya Weber, grandsons Evan and Anthony, and granddaughters Mia and Alice. Kent is also survived by Brother Curt Weber, and Sisters Sandra Gibson, and Carol Ziegler. Kent was preceded in death by father Alex, Mother Alice, and Brother Keith. In lieu of flowers please honor Kent by doing something kind for a neighbor. Kent was always one to lend a helping hand to someone in need, and continuing that spirit is the best way to honor his life.

Dennis “Skip” Arne Hanson Jr., age 62, of Pine River, MN, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022. He was born on August 10, 1959 in Thief River Falls, MN to Dennis Arne Hanson Sr. and Janice Mae Hanson (Sturre). After graduating from Grand Rapids High School in 1977, he served 8 years in the Navy. Skip decided not to reenlist for a third tour after meeting the love of his life, Wendy (Maine). They were married on September 5, 1987. Skip and Wendy were blessed with four children, Jessica, Holli, Christopher and Tyler. Skip worked as an HVAC Instructor at Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park, MN for 22 years. His passion for teaching showed in the success of his students, and in the friendships he formed in and outside of the classroom.

Dolores Darlene “Dee” Rager, age 96, of Pequot Lakes, passed away on December 31, 2021 in the care of St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, Minnesota. Dee was born on January 6th, 1925 in Denver, Colorado to Jack and Sylvia Coons. At a young age, the family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where she graduated early from Lincoln High School in 1942.
