Age restrictions still in place based on vaccine.

The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to all Minnesotans ages 16 and older for the Pfizer vaccine or 18 and older for the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccines, regardless of medical condition or age.

In a continued effort to improve processes and make care more convenient for patients and communities, Lakewood Health System launched an online COVID-19 vaccine registration list. This option is in addition to the call-in wait list already in place.

Once they receive information, the team will contact registrants to schedule an appointment to get a vaccine when it’s available.

Lakewood continues to see increasing allotments of vaccine weekly and receives the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines at the discretion of the state.

To register for a COVID-19 vaccine, applicants may visit lakewoodhealthsystem.com and fill out the registration form or call 218-894-1515 (option 2).
