Crow Wing County offers COVID-19 vaccine to age 65 and older

The vaccination clinics are for Crow Wing County residents age 65 and older.

COVID-19 vaccine doses are available for Crow Wing County residents ages 65 and older Wednesday and Thursday, March 3-4.

The Moderna vaccine will be offered, which requires a second dose in about four to six weeks following the first dose.

Vaccination will occur at the Crow Wing County Community Services Building, 204 Laurel St., Brainerd. Appointments are required. Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the appointment time to adhere to social distancing requirements.

Appointment times are between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. Registration is via the county website at crowwing.us or call 218-824-1289.

COVID-19 vaccine pre-registration is also available for county homebound residents age 65 and older. The opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at home is for residents who are unable to travel to primary care providers or have difficulty in getting to a medical provider.
