A free, informational seminar about weight loss surgery will be offered by Minnesota Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIMIS) surgeons and health professionals from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's Baxter Clinic, 13205 Isle Drive (behind Wal-Mart).
