The National Weather Service out of Duluth is warning that dangerous and life-threatening wind chills are expected throughout the weekend, with the worst conditions during the morning of Feb. 12.

The winds are expected to blanket across northern Minnesota. Chills from -30 degrees to -45 degrees are possible, though in some areas there may be -55 degree wind chills. A warm up is expected starting Tuesday, but until that time people are advised to dress warm and limit exposure.
