Crow Wing County is in a winter weather advisory until midnight Wednesday, Nov. 11.

The National Weather Service reported that a winter storm along the western portion of Lake Superior is now tracking “a bit farther west” than previously believed.

The worst conditions can be expected after 6 p.m. Wednesday with 2 to 5 inches of snow expected over the duration of the storm.

The National Weather Service encourages drivers to plan on slippery road conditions, slow down and use caution while traveling.
