The NOAA/NWS Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has increased the threat for severe storms for today with the “Enhanced” risk area affecting all of our northwestern Wisconsin counties and central Minnesota counties.
Thunderstorms are possible this afternoon through this evening. The strongest storms may be severe with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and long track tornadoes possible.
The greatest threat is in the orange-colored “Enhanced” risk area.
Temperatures tomorrow range from the low 80s along the International Border to the low 90s over northwest Wisconsin.
