Several reports by area police departments and sheriff's offices of fireworks complaints and warnings throughout the weekend. Area officers and deputies also responded to numerous intoxicated persons calls.

Breezy Point police

CRASHES: Report on July 4 at 10:29 a.m. of an ATV personal injury crash on County Road 39 and Cedar Street. Subject hit a road approach and flipped the ATV. They landed on their head as the ATV rolled over them. They were transported by Aircare.

Report on July 5 at 7:14 p.m. of a personal injury accident on Breezy Point Drive. A car and a golf crashed into one another.

PUBLIC ASSIST: Report on July 5 at 10:04 p.m. of a 19-month-old child locked in a vehicle on Flower Trail. The officer successfully unlocked the vehicle.

THEFTS: Report on July 1 at 1:14 p.m. of a theft of three gas cans on County Road 11 behind a business. Approximately eight gallons of gasoline were stolen.

Report on July 2 at 2:17 p.m. of a theft of a tablet computer. Subject believed the tablet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle while parked at Breezy Point City Hall.

Report on July 5 at 11:46 a.m. of a theft from Breezy Point City Hall. Parents reported their children stole approximately $8. The stolen money was repaid by the parents.

ARRESTS: Report on July 4 at 8 p.m. of a traffic arrest on County Road 3. Subject arrested for DWI.

Report on July 5 at 2:55 a.m. of a traffic arrest on County Road 3 and Fawn Lake Road. Subject was arrested for DWI.

Report on July 5 at 5:30 p.m. of an arrest on County Road 3 near Swann Drive. Subject arrested for theft.

Report on July 7 at 1:25 a.m. of a traffic arrest on County Road 66 near Eagle Street. Subject arrested for DWI after backing into a parked vehicle.

THEFT: Report on July 5 at 12:15 p.m. of a theft on County Road 3. Prescription drugs were reportedly stolen from a vehicle.

Crow Wing County sheriff

ARRESTS: Report on July 5 at 10:47 p.m. of a boating arrest on Rush Lake. Callers reported a boater who appeared intoxicated was running his pontoon into docks. Subject arrested for DWI.

Report on July 6 at 7:35 a.m. of a property damage crash that led to a warrant arrest on Tranquil Road and County Road 4 in Nisswa. Subject had warrant for possession of synthetic cannabinoid.

CRASHES: Report on July 5 at 2:16 a.m. of a property damage crash on County Road 3 and East Shore Road in Merrifield.

Report on July 6 at 1:34 p.m. of a personal injury crash on River Lane and County Road 136. Subject fell from an ATV and was run over by another ATV. They were transported to the hospital.

INFORMATION: Report on July 2 at 3:34 p.m. of threats through Facebook. A resident of Majestic Road in Fifty Lakes reported receiving a Facebook message threatening to break into a cabin.

INJURY: Report on July 3 at 3:46 p.m. of an injury on Silver Peak Road in Crosslake. A juvenile was reported to have burn injuries from a campfire.

TRAFFIC STOPS: Several traffic stops reported on area lakes over the July 4 weekend.

WATER: Report on July 2 at 4:34 p.m. of children tipped over in a canoe on Pelican Lake. The children were assisted by a passing boater before deputies arrived.

Cass County sheriff

CRASHES: Report on June 29 at 4:01 p.m. of a property damage crash on Wren Trail Northwest and 4th Street Northwest in Backus. A vehicle struck a camper on private property.

Report on June 29 at 10:11 p.m. of a vehicle versus deer crash on State Highway 371 in Pine River.

Report on July 2 at 12:43 p.m. of a hit-and-run crash on State Highway 371 near Washburn Avenue in Backus. No injuries reported.

Report on July 4 at 4:11 p.m. of a motorcycle property damage crash on White Spruce Lane Northwest in Hackensack.

THEFT: Report on June 30 at 4:18 p.m. of a theft of a gun on County Road 45 Northwest near 36th Avenue Northwest in Hackensack.

WATER: Report on July 3 at 4:15 p.m. of a injury from wakeboarding on Gull Lake. Subject reported suffering a back injury.

Lake Shore police

ARRESTS: Report on July 5 of a traffic arrest on Interlachen Road. Subject arrested on third DWI in 10 years with a blood alcohol concentration of .19.

Report on July 6 of a traffic arrest in Lake Shore. Subject arrested for DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of .10.

UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION: Reports on July 5 and 6 of underage consumption at Zorbaz on Gull Lake. A 20-year-old was cited for attempting to use a sibling's passport to gain entry, and a 19-year-old was cited after being caught consuming alcohol by Zorbaz security.

Nisswa police

ARREST: Report on July 4 at 7:06 p.m. of a traffic arrest on State Highway 371 and County Road 18. Driver was stopped for speeding and the passenger was subsequently arrested for fifth degree possession of drugs, possession of syringes and other paraphernalia.

CRASH: Report on July 1 at 10:57 a.m. of a vehicle versus deer crash on Smiley Road. A deer ran into the side of a vehicle.

Report on July 1 at 4:49 p.m. of a property damage crash on State Highway 371 and County Road 77. A vehicle turning onto 371 struck a vehicle traveling southbound in the left lane through a green light.

Report on July 3 at 6:29 p.m. of a personal injury crash involving three vehicles on State Highway 371 and County Road 77. A vehicle attempted to turn into the Holiday Station through an opening left by the inner lane of traffic was struck by an oncoming vehicle in the outer lane and was pushed into a third vehicle leaving the gas station.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Report on July 2 at 10:26 p.m. of property damage on Nokomis Avenue. A driver of an ATV spun rocks from the shoulder toward a vehicle and the passenger-side window broke. Officers were unable to locate the ATV.

THEFT: Report on July 3 at 1:02 p.m. of a theft on Main Street. The City of Nisswa reported a 12-foot Master Lock cable was stolen from the soccer goals in the park.

Pequot Lakes police

ARRESTS: Report on July 3 at 2:02 p.m. of an arrest on West Lake Street. Subject was intoxicated and arrested for indecent exposure, naked from the waist down and visible from the roadway. Officers located a lost wallet in Bobber Park that they later determined belonged to the arrested individual.

Report on July 3 at 10:16 p.m. of a property damage crash leading to a traffic arrest on Pillsbury Street and State Highway 371. Driver was arrested for DWI.

Report on July 5 at 5:50 p.m. of a traffic arrest on County Road 107 and Preserve Boulevard. Driver was arrested for a gross misdemeanor for no insurance two or more times in 10 years and driving after revocation.
