The 2014 Pine River Summerfest buttons are now on sale. The buttons are a main fundraiser for the annual event in Pine River set this year for June 27-29.
The buttons sell for $2 each, and each carries a number of free items and/or discounts when redeemed during Summerfest week.
The theme of Summerfest is Pine River's new slogan, Plaid On Purpose, which honors the outdoor oriented, lumberjack legend, hard-working and honest history of the Pine River area.
The buttons are available at Pine River Chamber businesses and the Pine River Information Center.
