The city of Pine River has called a public informational meeting for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 13, to discuss the removal of the current dam in Pine River and subsequent replacement with a rock riffle dam.
In the event of good weather, the meeting will be held at the Dam Park pavilion; however, the meeting will be moved to the council chambers at Pine River City Hall in the event of poor weather.
