The Pequot Lakes Fire Department will host its annual Fire Prevention Open House from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Pequot Lakes Fire Hall (4638 County Road 11).
Hot dogs, chips, juice, cookies and popcorn will be served.
View the trucks and equipment and meet your local firefighters. There will be demonstrations and fire prevention materials for all ages. Kids can attempt to put out a "fire" in the Pequot Lakes Fire House, jump in the "Spot the Fire Dog" bouncy house or enjoy a fire truck ride.
