The Pequot Lakes Patriot Activities Club (PAC) will host a Pheasant Frenzy Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 6, at Bader's Pheasant Run in Federal Dam.
Cost is $500 per five-person team with a 20-team maximum. Registration deadline is Aug. 16.
The event includes 15 birds in a two-hour field hunt,
24 clay pigeons on the range per hunter and cleaned birds.
The following prizes will be awarded for top teams: first place, five $100 Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters gift cards; second, five $75 Reeds gift cards; third, five $50 Reeds gift cards.

Scoring will be based on points: 8 points per bird, 1 point per clay pigeon.
A maximum of two dogs per team will be allowed. Bader's will supply dogs free of charge if needed.
There will be a ribboned bird contest and other random prizes. A Stoeger Camo (Max-4) 3500 Shotgun will be raffled the day of the hunt.
Lunch will be available on-site.
