The Nisswa American Legion will hold a flag disposal program at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, in the Legion parking lot, followed by a short program inside the Legion that everyone is welcome to attend.
People can drop off flags for disposal until 2 p.m. that day.
Nisswa Elementary School fourth-graders will attend the program and will learn flag etiquette.
