MOORHEAD, Minn. -- A Fargo man who kidnapped a teenage runaway and sexually assaulted her will be spending nine years in prison.
Anthony Tursso, 33, was accused of sexually assaulting the victim in a series of motels and trailers. Tursso pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to kidnapping and third degree criminal sexual conduct.
He was sentenced on both felony charges in Clay County District Court on Monday.
Two additional charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct were dismissed.
Tursso is sentenced to 10 years in prison with credit for one year served. He's also required to register as a sex offender.
