University of Minnesota-Crookston
Jonathan Bristow of Backus graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy, and Malae Poisson of Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, both from the University of Minnesota-Crookston at the end of spring semester.

Livingston, a 2014 graduate of Pequot Lakes High School, is the daughter of Dave and Stacy Livingston of Pequot Lakes. Livingston is the recipient of a Benedictine Scholarship and is planning to major in exercise physiology.

Josephine Nistler, the daughter of Peter and Lori Nistler of Breezy Point, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at the College of St. Benedict. Nistler is a first-year biochemistry major.

Megan Malecha, the daughter of Robert and Jodi Malecha of Breezy Point, has been admitted to North Dakota State University (NDSU) in Fargo “with distinction.” She will enter NDSU this fall and plans to major in psychology. Distinction means NDSU acknowledges Malecha as an honor student. At Pequot Lakes High School, Malecha was active in Interact Club, pep band, band, Link Crew and National Honor Society.
