Lynch Basketball Camp offered to ages 8-15

The Lynch Basketball Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 8-15 who are interested in learning the game of basketball in a fun and challenging environment. Camp director Mike Lynch of Lynch Basketball Camps will host this camp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday, July 18-22 (30 hours) at Pequot Lakes High School.

Participants will learn basic skills, fundamentals and techniques of the game (more advanced skills for the more experienced players). Players will be separated by age and skill level. Emphasis will be placed on ball handling, shooting, rebounding and defensive footwork; there will be various shooting contests.

There will be 5-on-5 scrimmages in the morning and afternoon.

All participants will receive a camp T-shirt. Bring a bag lunch and beverage daily, along with a water bottle for use throughout the day.
