The Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway Association's (PBSBA) annual membership meeting and Logger's Dinner will begin at 5:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at Bites Grill & Bar in Pine River.
Keynote speaker will be Keith Simar, retired Department of Natural Resources forester. Simar has been part of a successful group effort focused on the restoration and revitalization of Pequot Lakes' historic fire tower. He also actively watches for fires during seasonal wildfire weather.
Social time will be at 5:15 p.m. followed by a welcome from association chair Rod Nelson. Board directors will be elected.
