Ideal Community Service Organization donates to area food shelves

Three $1,000 checks were donated to food shelves in Pine River, Crosslake and Pequot Lakes

IDEAL TOWNSHIP — The Ideal Community Service Organization recently presented a check for $1,000 to LuAnn Gravelle, interim coordinator at the Pine River Area Food Shelf.

The Crosslake Area Food Shelf and Lakes Area Food Shelf in Pequot Lakes also each received a $1,000 donation.

ICSO is a nonprofit charitable gambling organization promoting the improvement of the community and families of Ideal Township. Proceeds come from gambling sites at Bites Grill & Bar in Pine River and Old Milwaukee Club at Ideal Corners.

Members of ICSO include full-time and part-time residents of Ideal Township.
