Central Lakes Rotary to host speaker May 10

Frank F. Weber, a forensic psychologist and award-winning author, will provide a presentation on human trafficking

PEQUOT LAKES — The Central Lakes Rotary Club will host speaker and author Frank F. Weber at 7 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, in the Brenny Funeral Home reception room in Pequot Lakes.

Weber, a forensic psychologist and award-winning author, will provide a presentation on human trafficking. Weber has completed assessments in hundreds of sexual assault cases. He has seen the worst and best in people, including assessing individuals in seclusion and chained to the floor in prison.

He is the author of professional publications and training materials, and he will have his latest book, "Black and Blue," available.

The public is welcome to attend.
