Central Lakes College seeks members for 11 musical ensembles

Ensembles offer a variety of schedule options

BRAINERD — The community is invited to join one of Central Lakes College’s 11 musical ensembles.

Ensembles meet at different times throughout the day and evening hours and are open to musicians of all levels, from beginner to expert.

Students receive recognition

There will be an audition and meet and greet with Director of Instrumental Music Jonathan Laflamme from 4:30-6 p.m. and 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22. The audition will be for chair placement and will include a two-octave scale and piece of music of the participant's choice.
