Hope for the Holidays, a grief presentation, will be from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one and wish to join in a supportive and caring group to help them through the holidays.
The pressure to balance personal grief with the expectations of "joyful" social obligation is a common experience. The Hope for the Holidays presentation, facilitated by professionals, will provide an opportunity for honest dialogue and tools for coping with the upcoming weeks.
