Hecker, Philiposian, Hoag take Eagle View spelling bee titles

Winners of the Eagle View Elementary School Primary Spelling Bee held Friday, March 10, were Delaney Hoag, second grade; Matthew Philiposian, third grade; and Autumn Hecker, fourth grade.

Winners of the Eagle View Elementary School Primary Spelling Bee held Friday, March 10, were Delaney Hoag, second grade; Matthew Philiposian, third grade; and Autumn Hecker, fourth grade.

Students in second-fourth grades who scored the highest on a written test in each grade level competed in an oral bee.

Fourth grade spellers were, from left: Sam Moder; Autumn Hecker, first place; Corissa Kerger; Lake Rowland, second place; and Bryar Nordby, third place.
